摘　　要： 表观遗传学是人类遗传学中的重要分支之一,在肿瘤形成过程中,表观遗传修饰被认为是一类重要的影响因素,这已经在许多肿瘤中得到了广泛的研究。口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma OSCC)作为口腔恶性肿瘤中发病率最高的肿瘤,近来发现表观遗传学在OSCC发生、发展过程同样扮演着重要的角色,对于二者关系的研究将有助于进一步理解OSCC的发病机制,为OSCC临床诊疗提供新的思路,本文现就当前二者的研究进展进行综述。 Epigenetics is one of the important branch of human genetics, the modifications of epigenetics were con- sidered to be an important factor and it has got recognized in many tumors. Recent studies have found epigenetics also play an important role in the occurrence and development process of OSCC. The researchs will be helpful to under- stand of pathogenesis of OSCC and provid new diagnosis tools and treatment.
