摘　　要： 目的:探讨Spy1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:收集3201医院2013年1月到2014年12月间60例临床资料保存完整的患者的胃癌组织和相对应的癌旁组织。应用免疫组化法测定Spy1蛋白在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,分析其表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:Spy1蛋白在胃癌组织中的免疫组化评分显著高于对应癌旁组织(3.25±0.31)vs(1.34±0.23),P<0.01;Spy1蛋白的阳性表达与有无淋巴结转移、分化程度及TNM分期有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Spy1在胃癌组织中存在显著高表达,提示Spy1的异常高表达在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用。 Objective：To evaluate the expression of Spy1 in the gastric carcinoma tissues and investigate its association with the clinicopathological features of gastric carcinoma patient. Methods： Gastric carcinoma tissues and cor- responding adjacent normal tissues were collected from 60 gastric carcinoma patients with complete chnical data kept between January 2013 and December 201g in the 3201 Hospital. Immunohistochemical method was employed to evaluate the expressions of Spyl in clinical samples. The association of Spyl expressions with the patients＇clinicopathological features was investigated. Results： The mean immunohistochemical scores of Spyl in gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues （ 3.25 ± 0.31 ） vs （ 1.34 ± 0.23 ）, P 〈 0.01. The positive expression of Spyl was significantly correlated with the lymph node metastasis, differentiation and TNM stage of the tumor （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Spyl is highly expressed in gastric carcinoma tissues, which suggested that the abnormal high expression of Spyl played an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.
