摘　　要： 随着中国科技水平的不断提高,中国煤炭企业在进行安全管理时也不断加入新科技理念,利用风险预控体系等方式不断提高其安全管理水平,为提升中国煤矿事业安全生产水平及整体经济水平提供有利条件。以煤矿风险预控管理体系为研究对象,对其在煤矿生产安全管理中的具体作用和重要性及员工不安全行为管理及控制措施展开讨论。 With the continuous improvement of China＇s science and technology, China＇s coal enterprises are constantly adding new ideas of science and technology in safety management by using methods such as risk pre-control system to constantly improve the safety management and provide favorable conditions for the improvement of safety in production of China＇s coal mine enterprises and the overall economic development. Taking risk pre-control management system in coal mines as the research object, this paper discussed the specific functions of the system in safety management of coal mine production and its importance, unsafe behavior management of the employees and the control measures.
