摘　　要： 本文主要描述在年产4×105t加氢尾油异构脱蜡装置生产过程中,对产生的含有硫、氨等元素的低分气和酸性水进行处理,将这些废气废水转化为硫酸铵晶体。利用DCS控制系统进行全程监视与控制,使该工艺过程稳定运行。 This article mainly describes in the annual output of 4×10^5 tons of heterogeneous hydrogenation tail oil dewaxing unit production process, to produce low gas and acid water that contains the elements such as sulfur, ammonia, the waste gas and water will be converted into ammonium sulfate crystal. Using DCS control system to monitor and control the whole process, which keep the process is stable.
