摘　　要： 教育的根本目的是培养人、造就人,促进人的全面发展。针对目前高等职业教育存在的重视当下岗位能力的培养,忽视学生职业素养和可持续发展能力的同步提升的现状,以江苏商贸职业学院外贸类专业为例,提出以专业为引领,整体架构课程、专业社团及网络"多元学习共同体",探索实践网络共同体与课程、专业社团及专业的有效融合路径与方法,推动学生自主学习、合作学习,以此促进学生全面、可持续的发展。 The fundamental purpose of education is to cultivate people, make people, and promote the all-round development of human beings. This paper, focusing on the status quo of vocational colleges＂ emphasis on the cultivation of students＇ current professional abilities and ignoring the enhancement of their professional qualities and sustainable abilities, takes the foreign trade major in Jiangsu Vocational College of Business as an exampleto put forward the major led-in, the overall construction of the courses, profes- sional associations and networks ＂multi-learning community＂, and to explore the effective way and meth- od to integratethe practical online community and courses, professional associations and the major, which will inspire the students＂ self-study and cooperative learningso that they will get comprehensive and sus- tainable development.
