摘　　要： 少先队的发展始终紧紧围绕着中国共产党的发展而发展,围绕党在各个时期的中心工作发挥少年儿童组织的特有功能。1978年以前,是少先队的传统时期,1978年及其之后是少先队的新时期。传统时期少先队的功能是革命斗争和政治斗争,即以斗争为中心。新时期少先队的功能是建设好自己,准备着听党的召唤,教育功能成为了主要功能。认识清楚不同时期少先队的功能的转换,对开展少先队的具体实践有重要意义。在新时期,少先队也被赋予了新的内涵,在新的历史条件下,少先队的功能在不断拓展。制约少先队功能发挥也还有诸多因素,主要表现在:形式主义严重、缺乏传承与创新、个性无法张扬。研究认为,发挥少先队功能的改进措施是:重视思想政治的启蒙教育作用、激发和培养自主自觉的自我教育、进行团队组织的集体教育、进行生动活泼的实践教育。 The development of theYoung Pioneers has always been based on the development of the Communist Party of China, and played a unique role in children＇s organizations according to the core work in each period of the Party. Before 1978, it was the traditional period of the Young Pioneers, while since 1978 it has been the new era of the Young Pioneers. In the traditional period, the function of the Young Pi- oneers was revolutionary struggle and political struggle, which is struggle-centered. In the new period, the function of the Young Pioneers is to build itself well and be ready to answering the call of the Party, which is centered-education. Clarifying the functional transition in different periods is significant for the Young Pioneers＇ practice. In the new period, the Young Pioneers are endowed with new connotation.Under the new historical conditions, the functions of the Young Pioneers are being broadened. There are also many factors restricting the functions of the Young Pioneers, such as formalism, lack of inheritance, inno- vation and personality elation. The study shows that the measures to improve the functions of the Young Pioneers are paying attention to the role of Ideological and political education of enlightenment, inspiring and cultivating self - education consciously, carrying on the collective education of teams and organiza- tions, and carrying out the lively practice education.
