摘　　要： 目的探讨浅表组织及乳腺侵袭性纤维瘤病(AF)的超声图像表现及弹性图像特征,提高对这类病变的超声认识和诊断。方法针对5例AF的超声彩色多普勒图像及超声弹性成像结果进行分析。结果本组共5例,其中发生在乳腺3例、右髂部腹壁下肌层1例,左侧腹股沟肌层1例,其二维图像结果均提示倾向恶性。3例乳腺病灶并采用实时弹性成像技术(UE)进行评分,评分结果均为4~5分,提示病灶组织较硬。2例位于右髂部腹壁下及左侧腹股沟区的病灶,由于包块较大,未采用弹性成像技术。结论侵袭性纤维瘤病是一种少见的中间型肿瘤,超声图像有一定特征,但鉴别诊断仍有一定难度。超声能为临床提供病灶位置、毗邻关系及浸润范围等信息,有一定的价值。 Objective To explore the ultrasound performance and ultrasound elastography images features of superficial tissues and breast aggressive fibromatosis（ AF）,and to improve the recognition and diagnosis of these lesions. Methods To analyze ultrasound color-doppler and ultrasound elastopraphy images of 5 case with AF. Results Among the 5 cases,3 cases had tumor in the breast,1 in the abdominal wall of the right iliac part,1 in the left inguinal muscular layer,and the results of the 2D ultrasound images were suggestive of malignancy. 3 cases of breast focus were scored by real-time ultrasound elastopraphy imaging technology,and the score was 4 - 5,suggesting that the focus was hard. The 2 cases were located in the abdominal wall of the right iliac part and the left inguinal area,because of the large volume,the ultrasound elastography imaging technology was not used.Conclusion AF is the intermediate type of tumor and very rare,although ultrasound image has certain characteristics,it is still difficultly to diagnosis. But ultrasonography can provide information of the focus position,adjacent relationship and infiltration range and so on for clinic,so have certain value.
