摘　　要： 文章从选换档系统焊接件零件主要焊接失效模式进行阐述,引入焊接件零件质量管控检测方法,用"鱼骨图"分析焊接质量影响因子,并以某一焊接件质量失效模式对焊接质量问题进行分析,并对供应商现场生产过程进行风险评估,为后续供应商现场的持续改善提供一定的指导。 This paper introduces the main failure mode of the wedding parts in gearbox shift system. The control way to evaluate the quality index of the wedding is brought in. The main impact factor of the wedding is analyzed with ＂fishbone diagram＂. The invalidation mode of the wedding qual- ity is analyzed and a risk assessment of the production process is carried out, which provides certain guidance to continuous improvement of supplier site.
