摘　　要： 针对某手动变速器倒档卡滞和冲击问题进行分析。通过结构原理分析和对标,并建立数学模型,研究抱怨产生的原因,并提出优化解决方案,改善倒档换档性能。 The reverse gear shifting sticking and shock problem of the manual transmission is analyzed. By the structure working principle, benchmark and the mathematic model, the reason of complaint is studied. At last the optimization solution is put forward to improve the shift performance.
