摘 要: 针对变速器某档位齿轮在倒拖工况下,存在批量性能不一致的啸叫噪声问题。从传递误差角度对变速器齿轮传动平稳性进行评价,改进齿轮修形参数设计,降低齿轮传递误差幅值;并采用六西格玛设计方法,考虑制造公差影响,对变速器齿轮修形参数进行稳健性评估。 In order to resolve the batch problem of transmission whine noise in a specific coast condition, transmission stability of gear is evaluated by amplitude of transmission error, the gear modi- fication parameters are modified by this method, and the method of design for six sigma is introduced to make the influence of manufacturing tolerance into consideration.
