摘　　要： 在化工企业中有4大类工业指标非常重要,温度、压力、液位和流量,对这4大指标的监测直接关系到化工企业的安全生产。文中简单介绍本公司8号沟罐区情况,结合技改项目考察、分析几种不同原理液位计的比对,经过论证和比较,得出ELL外测液位计以其安全、环保和安装、维护简单最适合苯罐区的液位测量。本文主要结合仪表的实际使用,详细介绍了ELL外测式液位计的工作原理,以及在苯储罐上的安装、调试和使用效果。最后得出结论:ELL外测液位计是罐区技改项目的首选仪表。 In industrial indexes of chemical enterprises in the 4 categories is important, flow, temperature, pressure, liquid level, the monitoring of 4 indicators directly related to chemical safety. Outlined in this paper, our eighth Groove tank, combined with our technical project study, analysis of several different principles of liquid level meter than the right, and after detailed discussion, ELL is obtained outside the level meter for safety, environmental protection and installation, simple maintenance and most suitable benzene tank liquid level measurement. Operational use of paper instruments, introduced ELL beta level meter works on benzene storage tanks and installation, commissioning and use of results. Final conclusions, ELL measurement level gauge is the preferred instrument for tank farm project.
