摘 要: 创造力是应对市场需求快速变化的法宝。在不确定性环境中,为保持竞争力,组织创造力赋予产品差异化内涵,对创新绩效做出贡献。文章基于资源基础观,探讨组织创造力对产品创新绩效的影响,并进一步考察了外部环境不确定性及内部组织冗余对组织创造力作用过程的调节效应。以282家高科技公司的数据进行实证检验,结果表明:组织创造力对产品创新绩效具有正向影响作用;环境不确定性越高,组织创造力对产品创新绩效的促进作用越大;通过三维交互效应发现,当组织冗余水平较高时,环境不确定性越高会弱化组织创造力对产品创新绩效的促进作用,而当组织冗余水平较低时,环境不确定性越高则会增强组织创造力对产品创新绩效的推动作用。 Creativity plays a significant role in response to the market rapid changes. Under the uncertain environment, organizational cre- ativity makes product differentiation, which is an important determinant of firm' s innovation performance and sustainable competitiveness. According to the Resource-based View, this study examines the impact of organizational creativity on product innovation performance and the joint moderating effects of external environmental uncertainty and internal organizational slack on the relationship between organiza- tional creativity and product innovation performance. Using the survey data from 282 high-tech firms to make the empirical test, the re- sults indicate that: Organizational creativity positively influences product innovation performance; Environmental uncertainty strengthens the positive relationship between organizational creativity and product innovation performance; By building the 3D interaction model, the results reveal that under the condition of high organizational slack and high environmental uncertainty the positive relationship between or- ganizational creativity and product innovation performance is weakened. However, under the condition of low organizational slack and high environmental uncertainty the positive relationship between organizational creativity and product innovation performance is strengthened.
