高速永磁电机扁铜线绕组交流铜耗研究

摘  要: 针对高压高速永磁电机扁铜线绕组中的高频电流产生的趋肤效应和邻近效应问题,为了解决扁铜线绕组高频下产生过大的涡流铜耗,对影响高频下扁铜线绕组交流铜耗的因素进行了分析。采用2D有限元的方法,根据扁铜线的实际尺寸,在有限元软件中建立了扁铜线导体的模型,对扁铜线绕组高频下的交流铜耗进行研究,分析了额定电流频率、变频器载波比、槽口风道高度、导体尺寸和位置、并绕根数对绕组交流铜耗的影响,并且总结了扁铜线绕组在不同频率下的最佳宽厚比。研究结果表明:通过合理地选择槽口高度、扁铜线的尺寸、并绕根数会明显降低绕组的交流铜耗。 Aiming at current in flat copper winding of high voltage high speed permanent magnet machines is of high frequency,which will produce the skin and proximity effects. In order to solve the problem of excessive eddy copper loss,influence factors of AC loss of flat cooper winding under high frequence were analyzed. According to the real size of flat copper,model of flat copper was built and 2D finite element method was employed to study the effects of rated frequency,carrier ratio,the height of the slot-opening,the position and size of the conductor and the number of strands,and conclude the optimum ratio of width to thickness at different frequencies. The results indicate that the AC loss of flat copper winding can be significantly reduced by reasonably choosing the height of the slot-opening,the size of the flat copper winding and the number of strands.
