摘　　要： 编制核电项目周边居民邻避效应量表,并进行量表的信效度检验。具体通过文献研究和个体深访,确定量表内容及其表达方式;采用QS核电站周边居民调查数据和结构方程模型方法,进行量表的探索性与验证性因素分析。开发的量表包含风险感知、收益感知、公众接受度,以及邻避行为倾向四个因子,具有良好的内部一致性和结构效度,适用于测评核电项目周边居民的邻避风险。 The study developed a scale to measure NIMBY（ Not-In-My-Back-Yard） syndrome of the residents surrounding nuclear power projects. The scale items were determined by literature research and in-depth interviews. Using survey data of the residents surrounding QS Nuclear Power Plant,and method of structural equation model,exploratory factor analysis and confirm factor analysis were conducted. The results showed that there were four factors,including risk perception,benefit perception,public acceptance and NIMBY behavior intention. The Scale was confirmed with good internal consistency and construct validity. Thus,it can be used to evaluate NIMBY syndrome for the residents surrounding nuclear power project.
