摘　　要： 颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)是由多种原因造成的脑静脉回流受阻而引起的一种少见的脑血管疾病,其发病率低,临床表现复杂多样,临床医师对该病认识不足,容易误诊和误治。本文通过对该病的诊断、治疗及预后进行综述,旨在提高临床医师对该病的进一步认识,减少误诊和误治。 Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis （ CVST ） cerebral venous return is caused by a variety of reasons and caused by a rare cerebrovascular disease, its incidence rate is low, complex and diverse clinical manifestations, clinicians lack of awareness of the disease, often easily misdiagnosed and mistreatment. In this paper, the cliagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease are reviewed, in order to improve the clinician＇s further understanding of the disease and reauce misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
