摘 要: 目的:编制职前警察职业认同感量表并考察其信效度。方法:运用文献法、专家咨询法设计原始量表,多次施测修改量表,采用相关分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对量表的信、效度进行检验。结果:职前警察职业认同感量表共14道题,包含职业意愿、职业意志、职业价值和职业效能四个维度,累计贡献率67.130%;验证性因子分析表明模型拟合较好(x^2=138.263,x^2/df=1.894,CFI=0.925,TLI=0.893,RMSEA=0.062);总量表的Cronbach'sα为0.856,各个维度的Cronbach'sα系数在0.715~0.839之间。结论 :量表的信度和效度均符合心理测量学的要求,职前警察职业认同感量表可作为测评职前警察职业认同的工具。 Objective: To develop the professional identification scale for police students (PIPS) and test its validity and reliability. Methods: Using literature method, expert consultation method to design the original scale and modify the scale according to the measurement results. Using correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to test its reliability and validity. Results: Four factors (professional intention, professional will, professional value and professional efficacy) were extracted by exploratory factor analysis from a total of 14 items,which could explain 67.130% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that model has good fitting for the four-dimensional model of professional identification (χ2=138.263 ,χ2/df=1.894, CFI=0.925, TLI=0.893, RMSEA=0.062) . The Cronbach's α coefficients were 0. 856 for the total scale,and 0.715 and 0.839 for its 4 subscales. Conclusion: Professional identification scale for police student has good validity and reliability, and could be used in the researches of professional identity in China.
