摘　　要： 对现代项目管理中的项目冲突管理进行研究,分析了项目冲突源的分类,以及在项目不同阶段项目冲突强度和冲突源的表现形式,阐述了处理项目冲突的方式,为企业管理部门提供参考。 The research on project conflict management in modern project management is made, the classification of project conflict source and pattern of manifestation of project conflict intensity and conflict source at different stages of project are analyzed, and the mode of handling project conflict is elaborated, so as to provide reference for enterprise management department.
