摘 要: 将玉米秸秆木质素和乙二醛在碱催化下进行羟乙基化反应,利用傅立叶红外光谱、热重及滴定等分析方法研究了反应时间、反应温度、反应体系pH值及乙二醛与玉米秸秆木质素的质量比对木质素羟乙基化反应的影响。确定了玉米秸秆木质素羟乙基化反应的最优条件:反应时间为4h,反应温度为60℃,反应体系pH值为12,乙二醛与玉米秸秆木质素的质量比为1∶3。乙二醛改性后的木质素总羟基含量比改性前提高了1倍,反应活性增强,且羟乙基化木质素的热稳定性有明显的提升。 We prepared hydroxyethylated corn stalk lignin using corn stalk lignin and glyoxal as raw matierials in the presence of sodium hydroxide as catalyst by hydroxyethylation. Meanwhile, we studied the effects of reaction conditions such as reaction time,reaction temperature,pH value of reaction system,and the mass ratio of glyoxal to corn stalk lignin on the hydroxyethylation reaction by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) ,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), and titration. It is found that the optimal hydroxylation reaction conditions of corn stalk lignin are as follows:reaction time of 4 h,reaction temperature of 60 ℃ ,pH value of reaction system of 12,and the mass ratio of glyoxal to corn stalk lignin of 1 : 3. Compared with unmodified lignin, the corn stalk lignin modified by glyoxal has a significant improvement in reaction activity, thermal stability, and total hydroxyl content is increased by one time.
