摘　　要： 对亚甲基苯醌是一类重要的醌类衍生物,具有较高的反应活性,很容易受到亲核试剂的进攻发生不对称加成反应。综述了对亚甲基苯醌参与的不对称催化反应研究进展,介绍了对亚甲基苯醌在不同催化体系下发生的不对称1,6-共轭加成反应。 p-Quinone methides are a kind of important quinone derivatives,which possess high reaction activities,and easily promote the occurrence of asymmetric addition reactions with nucleophilic reagents. We review the research progress in asymmetric catalytic reaction of p-quinone methides, and introduce the asymmetric 1,6-conjugate addition reaction of p-quinone methides under different catalytic systems.
