摘　　要： 基于21世纪海上丝绸之路协同创新中心数据库的监测预警模型和数据,2017年第2季度南非是"一带一路"沿线最具投资价值国之一,其中有色金属和金融行业落在最具投资价值国的区间,农业、能源与科技行业落在高投资价值国区间,基础设施建设落在有投资价值国区间。基于中国和南非的产业互补性及南非的投资价值,"一带一路"背景下中南两国开展基础设施建设、工业制成品、有色金属及矿业、汽车及农产品领域的产能合作既可以促进南非经济社会发展,又有助于加快中国经济结构调整和转变经济发展方式。 For China, promotion and implementation of international production capability cooperation strategy under The Belt and Road Initiative is the priority to be addressed. This paper provided a profound analysis on economic and trade cooperation between China and South Africa, which is a hugely potential market. Based on the model and statistics from the database of Collaborative Innovation Center for 21^st Century Maritime Silk Road Studies, this paper monitored and gave early warning on the investment value of South Africa and concluded that the two countries should strengthen production capability cooperation in four major industries ： infrastructure, manufactured goods, mining and textile.
