摘　　要： 典型个案实证研究入手,选择法治视角、运用法律思维去研究涉警网络舆情问题,是紧跟法治四川、法治中国建设步伐的重要举措。涉警网络舆情信息来源渠道日益多样化,公众关注度高,并极易影响警察队伍形象和政府执法公信力。当前纷繁复杂的网络舆情环境中,公众、媒体不理性的行为,警察不恰当的应对措施,都急需用法律手段来加以规范。国家应出台规制网络的法律规范,规范公众理性和文明上网行为,规范媒体正确行使舆论监督权力。 Based on the empirical study of typical cases, researching on network public opinion about police with legal thinking from the perspective of the rule of law is an important measure to follow the law construction in Sichuan province and China. Network public opinion about police is of diverse sources and high public concern. It is likely to affect the image of the police force and the credibility of government law enforcement. It is imperative to regulate the irrational behavior of media, the improper countermeasure of police with legal means. The state should introduce laws and reg- ulations to regulate the network, regulate public rationality and civilized online behaviors, regulate the media to exercise the right of supervising public opinion, and clarify the police＇ s responsibility to deal with the network public opinion properly.
