摘　　要： 传统的心理健康教育存在着局限,授课理论性较强、实践性不足。在心理健康教育的发展过程中,出现了一些更加深入的教育形式,使心理健康教育更加细化,情景剧就是其中之一。情景剧教学法是当今心理健康教育普及、深化的有效形式,对大学生自我发展具有良好的促进作用。情景剧在心理健康教育实践中,逐渐从一种心理辅导方式发展成为一种新的心理健康课程。 In traditional psychological health education there are too many theories and less practice. In the developing process of mental health education, there have appeared some in-depth forms, so that mental health education is more specified. Psychodrama is one of them. Psychodrama teaching method is an effective form to popularize and deepen mental health education. Psychodrama can better promote the development of college students＇ ego. In the education practice, psychodrama has become a new mental health course from a psychological guidance method.
