摘 要: 针对目前重介质旋流器衬里耐磨性能问题,对其衬里的磨损特性进行了研究分析,主要对入介口、入料导向筒、锥体及底流口等关键结构部件磨损形态进行了分析研究。最后运用模拟软件,设定其进出口边界条件,以锥体为例对其近壁面处的切线、轴向及径向速度进行了模拟分析,其结果表明其切线速度显示出逐步升高的趋势并且是对锥体耐磨衬里的磨损的关键因素。 In view of the wear resistance of lining of heavy medium cychme, the wear characteristics of lining are studied and analyzed.
