综采工作面末采及回撤矿压控制技术

摘  要: 某矿综采末采使用辅巷多通道回撤技术,通过研究末采阶段和支架回撤阶段的矿压显现规律,结合矿山实际条件提出了末采等压的顶板控制技术。将此技术应用于某矿综采工作面,研究得出:在综采工作面末采贯通前需通过计算留预留一定尺寸的等压煤柱进行停采让压,以便形成稳定砌体梁结构,在贯通时主回撤通道将不会来压,能够保证支架的安全回撤;当让压后工作面仍不来压,则工作面在回撤时将处于来压状态,为防止压架事故的发生,需要加强回撤通道的支护强度,提高安全系数。 In this paper, the multi-channel retrace technology of auxiliary mine is adopted at the end of comprehensive mining and mining,and the roof control technology of the end of the mining is proposed by studying the mining behavior of the end stage and the stage of the re-tracement stage. This technology is applied to a fully mechanized coal mining face, the study concluded that: in the fully mechanized coal min-ing face before the end of the need to stay through the calculation of a certain size of the reserved coal pillars to stop mining pressure, in orderto form a stable masonry beam Structure, in the lead when the main retracement of the channel will not come to pressure, to ensure the safe re-traction of the stent; when the pressure after the face is still not pressure, the face in the retraction will be in the pressure state, The occurrenceof accidents, the need to strengthen the retracement of the support strength, improve the safety factor.
