摘　　要： 为转变测控专业人才培养理念,改善人才培养环境,本文提出"多维互动型"人才培养体系,并融入到互动型课程体系、互动型教学模式、互动型实践环境建设之中,从而形成测控专业新型人才培养模式。"多维互动型"培养体系既强调理论知识的传授,又突出创新意识和实践能力的培养,能够较好地满足当前社会对测控毕业生的要求。 In order to change the concept and environment of personnel training of the measurement and control specialty, a novel type of personnel training idea named multidimensional interaction type is put forward and inte- grated into the construction of interactive curriculum system, interactive teaching mode, interactive practice envi- ronment, which forms a new training model of measurement and control professionals. Multi-dimensional interactive training system emphasizes not only the teaching of theoretical knowledge but also the training of innovative aware- ness and practical ability, which can meet the requirements of the current society to graduates of measurement and control specialty.
