摘　　要： 高校图书馆面向一流学科建设的资源保障策略包括:建立一流学科文献资源保障制度、开展多维度的一流学科文献需求调研、采用立体式文献采访系统、建设智慧型资源门户。面向一流学科建设的服务模式架构包括:设立学科馆员制度及学科服务范式、建设课程图书馆、打造专题图书馆、建设服务型机构知识库、建设学者库、开展专题信息素养培训。高校图书馆一流学科建设背景下的资源保障与服务创新应该理论结合实践、稳抓工作重点,注重细节,关注元数据管理中的资产权益问题,并建立新型高校图书馆服务联盟。 Resource protection strategies of university libraries towards the construction of first-class disciplines include, es- tablishing resource protection system of first-class disciplines, deploying multi-dimensional resource needs analysis of first- class disciplines, adopting multi-faceted resource acquisition system, and building an intelligent resource portal. Service mode towards the constructiOn of first-class disciplines is constituted of establishing disciplinary librarian system and disciplinary service paradigm, constructing subject-specific library, developing thematic library, building service-oriented organizational information repository, building scholars repository, and launching subject-specific information literacy training. The resource protection and service innovation of university libraries driven by first-class disciplines construction should integrate theory with practice, crystalize the focus of work, pay attention to details, attend to the rights and interests of assets in metadata management, and aim to establish an upgraded university library alliance.
