摘　　要： 中国古代图书馆学孕育于先秦、形成于西汉、兴盛于两宋并一路传承,至民国初期转型为近代图书馆学。它既是我国近现代图书馆学重要的理论源泉,也是我国图书馆学学科史的研究领域。在图书馆学人的持续关注和研究下,中国古代图书馆学的学科定位逐渐明晰、内容旨趣不断拓展、学史发展日渐清晰、学人思想逐步发掘、现代价值日益彰显,但其既有研究也存在一些不足。未来中国古代图书馆学的研究可以从以下几个方面寻求突破:推进学术范式的建立,构建完整的理论体系;坚持自我的本土化视角,完成中国的图书馆学建设;秉承开放的世界化理念,加强中外图书馆学的比较研究;结合当前的现实问题,开创图书馆学研究的新局面。 The Chinese ancient library science was originated in the pre-Qin period, formed in the Westem Han Dynasty, flourished in the Song Dynasty, and later transformed to modem library science in the early Republic of China. It is not only an important theoretical source of Chinese modern library science, but also an indispensable research field in the history of Chinese library science. Under the ongoing conversations and research among scholars, subject orientation of the field of ancient library science has gradually been established, content and objectives have been explored, the trajectory of the discipline has become clearer, scholars＇ minds have been excavated, and the discipline＇s value in modern society has been realized. However, there still exists some shortcomings in the current academia. Ancient library science can seek breakthrough from the following aspects. First of all, we should advance the paradigm of the field and establish a comprehensive theoretical system. Secondly, we should focus on local values and aim to accomplish the overall construction of Chinese library science. Thirdly, we should stay open and enhance the comparative analysis of domestic and intemational library science. Finally, we should envision a new phase of Chinese library science and incorporate with real issues.
