沈84-安12块高凝油注水开发后期原油变化特征
Oil Change Characteristics in Later Stage of Water Injection Development for High Pour Point Oil in Shen84-An12 Block

摘  要: 沈84-安12块为辽河油区典型的高凝油注水开发区块,为了系统掌握长期注水开发对高凝油性质变化的影响,采用流变仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、气相色谱仪等分析技术对该区块高凝油开展了析蜡点、熔蜡点、流变性、含蜡量及族组成等方面的系统分析,并利用沈检5井的岩心抽提物进行原油流变性及析蜡点研究。结果表明:该区块高凝油含蜡量为31.73%~39.59%,凝固点为46~50℃,析蜡点为51.60~68.60℃(平均为65.65℃),比开发初期高6.60℃以上;结合取心井中原油析蜡点可知,该区块地层原油析蜡点为70.00℃,已逐渐接近油藏温度,建议采取注热源或其他降低析蜡温度的措施来避免油层的冷伤害。该项研究为高凝油油藏后期注水开发方式调整提供了技术指导。 Shen84-An12 block is a typical high pour point oil block developed with water injection in Liaohe oil field. In order to systematically understand the effect of long-term water injection development on characteristic change of high pour point oil, analytical techniques including rheometer, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC ) and gas chromatograph were used to systematically analyze wax precipitation point, dewaxing point, theological property, wax content and group composition for high pour point oil in this block. Extracted materials from cores from well Shenjian5 were used for research on oil rheological property and wax precipitation point. The results showed that wax content in high pour point oil in this block was 31.73% - 39.59%, solidifying point was 46-50 ℃, wax precipitation point was 51.60-68.60 ℃(averaging 65.65 ℃ ) , which was 6.60 ℃ higher than that in initial development period. Based on the oil wax precipitation point for coring well, the wax precipitation point of formation oil was 70. 00 ℃, which was gradually close to reservoir temperature. It is recommended to use heat source injection or take other measures to reduce wax precipitation temperature to avoid cold damage on the oil zone. This research provides technical guidance for the adjustment of water injection method in later development period of high pour point oil reservoir.
