摘　　要： 风险投资在支持企业创业,推进技术创新和高科技产业化等方面有非常重要的作用,对风险投资筹资渠道的研究有助于更加有效地配置风险投资资金。根据风险投资发展较成熟国家的经验来看,风险投资的筹资渠道呈现出越来越多元化的趋势,养老金、基金、银行保险等金融机构、非金融类企业及个人和家庭基金等都可以成为风险投资资金的来源。但是,我国风险投资筹资渠道相对比较单一,并且风险投资市场体系发展也不够成熟。通过我国的风险投资筹资渠道分析,找出目前存在的问题,并对我国风险投资行业的现状提出意见和建议,探讨解决方案和改进的方法,对我国风险投资行业的发展十分重要。 Venture Capital Investment has significantly impact on supporting entrepreneurship technology innovation and industrialization.Research on fund-raising channels of Venture Capital is important for distributing Capital resource efficiently.According to the experience of developed countries and regions,the channels of fund raising have a trend of more and more diversification,Pension, Funds and capital from financial and non-financial institution contribute the main part of Venture Capital.Analysis on our country＇s fund-raising channels,finding the current problems and giving advice and suggestions on the problem,which are crucial for the improvement of our country＇s venture capital and capital market.
