摘　　要： 经济新常态下上海工业经济增长放缓,经济结构面临深刻调整和重构。为了厘清新常态下上海制造业转型难点,切换产值增长动力,检验产业结构间主次关系,运用灰色关联分析法,对上海六大支柱型产业、高新技术产业以及战略性新兴产业产值进行灰色关联度分析。结果表明,上海市应大力发展电子信息、精密仪器、精细化工、生物医药和新型材料高新技术产业,实现制造产业经济产值动力切换。 Manufacturing slowdown in economic growth Under the Economic new normal, the economic structure of the manufacturing in- dustry faces profound adjustment and reconstruction.However there are many associations between the manufacturing industrial structure, the diversity and complexity of manufacturing industry itseff brings the difficulty to the direction of industrial upgrading.Therefore, in order to clarify the difficulties of manufacturing output growth and switch output growth momentum under the Economic new normal in Shanghai, this paper uses the gray system theory to clarify and understand the primary and secondary relationship between industrial structure.Ana- lyze the gray correlation degree between Shanghai six pillar industries, high-tech industries and strategic emerging industries.The results show that Shanghai should develop electronic information, precision instruments, fine chemicals, bio medicine and new materials and high technology industries to realize the economic output power switch.
