故障限流器对电网安全稳定的影响及应用研究综述

摘  要: 介绍了不同类型故障限流器的基本原理、优缺点、开发及应用现状。从继电保护和重合闸、系统暂态功角及电压稳定等方面,论述了FCL接入对电网安全稳定性的影响及优化配置问题。总结了FCL工程实用化需要解决的几大关键问题,提出了FCL研发应用发展趋势,指出FCL会在改善直流受端输电能力、降低换相失败风险,提高电能质量,增强大规模新能源接入能力等方面发挥其独特作用。由于目前FCL技术和经济性限制,基于常规电气设备的经济型FCL仍是目前实用化的首选,而随着大容量高耐压自关断电力电子器件的日益成熟,基于电力电子技术的固态限流器将成为未来FCL应用的热点。 In this paper, the basic principles, advantages and disadvantages, development and applications of different types of the fault current limiter(FCL)are described. Effects on safety and stability of power grid and optimization configuration are also expounded with the application of the FCL in aspects of relay protection, reclosure, transient power angle and voltage stability. In addition, several key problems of the FCL engi- neering application are summarized. The development trends of FCL research and application are also proposed. The paper points out that the FCL will play a unique role in fields such as improving the transmission capacity of DC receiving-side, reducing the risk of commutation failure, improving power quality, enhancing large-scale new energy integration capability and so on. Due to the limitation of technical and economic con- straints, the economical FCL based on the normal electric equipment is still the first choice for application at present. However, with the increasing maturity of large-capacity and high-voltage self-turn-off power electronic devices, the solidstate current limiter based on power electronic technology will become a hot spot of research and application in the future.
