摘　　要： 伴随着高校教育改革,高职院校的学徒制教育方式逐渐被广泛试行起来,成为如今职业教育发展的一大趋势。现代学徒制能被试行,必然有其独特的优势所在,国内的各大高职院校也陆续进行了积极的探索和研究。但由于我国高职院校中的现代学徒制起步较晚,发展也比较慢,与西方学徒制比较,我国在这方面尚未建立起一套健全的教育机制,很多机制不够成熟与实际。文章首先简要概述了现代学徒制在高职院校中的现状、发展历程、内涵,之后结合国内大多数高职院校的实际情况,对高职院校中现代学徒制面临的困境进行了分析,并给出相应的解决对策,以为参考。 With the development of higher education reform, Pilot Programs of Modem Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges are widely tried out, which becomes the tendency of modem vocational education. Thanks to its unique merits, Modem Apprenticeship is studied successively in Higher Vocational Colleges of China. However, compared with the western apprenticeship, there is no sound system of modem apprenticeship established in China because of its late start and slow development. After briefly introducing the present situation, development and connotation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges, and then combining with practical situations of the most vocational colleges, the article analyzes the problems which modem apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges faces and comes up with some corresponding countermeasures.
