摘　　要： 为了实现我国农业由粗放型向集约型转变,必须大力发展新型职业农民创业培训,培养农民热爱土地的情感、农业科技知识和经营管理能力,使农民成为农业现代化与城镇化发展的智力支持和持续动力。加强城镇化发展视域下的新型职业农民创业培训,帮助农民有效地利用农业资源进行创业,这是促进新型城镇化发展和推动农村经济社会协调发展的迫切需要。 In order to realize Chinese agriculture transfer from extensive to intensive, it must develop entrepreneurship training of new type professional farmers. It develops land love feeling, agricultural technology knowledge and management ability of farmers and makes farmers become intellectual support and continuous power of agricultural modernization and urbanization development. We should strengthen entrepreneurship training of new type professional farmers under the view of urbanization development to effectively help farmers to utilize agricultural resources for entrepreneurship. It is to promote new type urbanization development and coordinated development of rural economy and society.
