摘 要: 梅钢热镀铝锌硅产品在生产过程中带钢表面产生局部露铁缺陷,通过对露铁缺陷部位进行微观形貌及能谱分析,结果表明:镀铝锌板在生产中出现的露铁缺陷,微观形貌由多个小片状露铁组成;露铁处不同部位的氧元素含量均较高,说明基板被氧化,这是导致浸润性差、未形成合金层的主要原因;露铁处钛含量较高,可判断为钛的化合物在这些部位聚集,阻碍了铁基板与镀液的反应,这是导致未形成合金层的又一原因。通过对露铁缺陷产生原因的分析,结合梅钢热镀铝锌产线的工艺特点,提出了预防露铁发生的控制措施。 Uncoated defect was formed in the plate surface during the hot-dipping A1-Zn-Si process of Meishan Steel. In the paper, uncoated defect was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The uncoated defect contained many little pieces, and had high oxygen element. It means the plate was oxidized, and what lead to bad wettability and inchoate alloy layer. The uncoated defect had higher titanium element, which means titanium compounds gathered in somewhere. Titanium compounds hinder the further reaction of the plate and the bath, and it is the other reason of inchoate alloy layer. Combined with the feature of the production line of Meishan Steel, the preventive and control measures of uncoated defect are put forward.
