摘　　要： 宣钢2号2500m^3高炉通过技术创新,重点从高炉操作参数着手,通过多年的理论研究和生产实践,合理地依据小时料速来控制喷吹煤粉量。从2017年1月起,焦比降低,高炉煤比提高至120kg/t,同时生铁成本也大大降低,高炉实现稳定顺行。 The practical guidance for production was provided on basis of studies for many years. The amount of pul- verized coal was controlled by the feeding velocity from blast furnace operating parameters. Since january 2017, coal ratio was increased to 120 kg/t with coke rate lowered, the cost of pig iron was reduced, and BF is stabilized and smoothed gradually.
