摘　　要： 印染企业流程管理的好坏直接关系着经营成败。在改进流程管理时,需注重人潜力的激发。以足球世界杯为基础,就印染企业对上述内容的有效实施予以探讨。 The quality of process management of dyeing and printing enterprise directly relates to the business situa- tion. When the enterprises improve the process management, they also need attach importance to inspiring employees＇ potential. The paper discusses the effective development of mentioned strategies for dyeing and printing enterprise based on the football World Cup.
