无染化学纤维的发展及应用概况

摘  要: 新环保法的实施提高了污染处理的要求,使得传统印染行业的成本增加,减小了无染纤维与其成本差价。无染纤维的熔融纺丝过程不会产生废水、省略了后续的印染过程;织物颜色均匀、不易褪色;对人体的亲和性和低污染也更符合生态环保的理念,虽不能取代传统行业,但也得到了更广泛的应用。但无染纤维存在着颜色体系混乱、部分产品色谱不全等问题,限制了其在要求色彩的领域的应用。介绍了无染纤维在各个应用领域的发展现状以及遇到的瓶颈和解决方向。 The requirements of pollution treatment were improved due to the implementation of new environmental law, which increased cost of traditional printing and dyeing industry to reduce the difference in cost for non-dyed fiber. The melt spinning process of non-dyed fiber did not produced effluent, which saved the subsequent process of printing and dyeing. Furthermore, the fabric possessed the features of uniform color and colorfastness. It was also compatible for humans bodies and its low-pollution to more meet the concept of ecological protection. Despite they cannot replace the traditional industrials, it still had been further widely used. However, there were some problems that color system chaos, incomplete chromatogram of some product, limited its application in the field of color requirement. The development and the bottleneck and the solution of non-dyed fiber in each application filed were introduced.
