摘　　要： 农民专业合作社的社员权制度是一个较为复杂的权利制度体系,涉及不同利益主体之间的利益关系。关于社员权涵义的理解与概念界定又是研究社员权制度的基础问题。尤其是目前学界关于社员权涵义的理解未有较为一致的看法,因此,清晰、明确地界定社员权的概念尤为必要。结合农民专业合作社的法律内涵,农民专业合作社社员权同时反映了对内和对外的权利义务关系。 Farmers＇ professional cooperative members＇ right system, related to the interest relationship of dif- ferent interest groups, is a complicated rights system. The connotation and definition of members＇ rights is a ba- sic issue in the farmers＇ professional cooperative members＇ right system. Especially, there is no consistent view on the connotation of members＇ rights. Therefore, it is very necessary to define the members＇ rights. There are internal and external relationships in the members＇ rights of farmers＇ professional cooperatives, combined with the legal connotation of farmers＇ professional cooperatives.
