摘 要: 二十一世纪以来,劳动关系理论研究出现了一个新的趋向,即一系列新的理论都呈现出包容性的特点。本文通过梳理改良型、重构型和整合型三类新理论,对包容式的理论构建方法与劳动关系理论缺乏解释性的问题进行了批判性的分析。本文认为,包容式的分析框架虽然能够融合更多的理论,打破传统的以意识形态作为分野的理论排斥性,但仍旧没有摆脱多元主义理论的影响。重描述、轻解释的问题仍旧没有得到有效的解决。 Since 21 st century, there is a new tendency of industrial relations theory, i. e. all-embracing frameworks prevailed in a set of theoretical construction. By reviewing three theoretical categories, amendment, re-construction and integration, the method to construct theory is critically analysed. Arguably, the all-embracing framework cannot get rid of the pluralist orthodox, even though it overcomes the exclusion between ideology-oriented theories as well as combining more them. The new theory still remains more descriptive rather than explanatory.
