摘　　要： 本科生参与科研训练是培养和造就具有创新意识、创新思维和创业能力的高素质人才的有效途径,是新时期高等教育改革与发展的迫切要求。通过多种形式启发学生科研兴趣,多种形式开展科研训练,以及科研训练激励机制和经费保障,增强农学类学生科研实践能力,推动学生创新创业能力提升。 Undergraduate research training is to cultivate innovative talents,effective ways of innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability,is the urgent requirement of reformation and development of higher education in the new period. Through various forms of inspiring scientific interest of students in various forms,the development of scientific research training,research training and incentive mechanism and funds guarantee,strengthen the scientific research the practice ability ofaEiculture students,promote the students＇ innovative ability.
