摘　　要： 在学校建设应用型大学的背景下,以培养应用型、创新型人才为目标,对《植物组织培养》课程进行了改革。本文从课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等方面对植物组织培养课程改革进行了介绍。 In the construction of application oriented university background,to cultivating practical and innovative talents as the goal,to plant tissue culture course reform was carded out. In this setting,teaching content,teaching methods from the curriculum,the curriculum reform has carried on the introduction to plant tissue culture assessment methods.
