摘　　要： 高校是培养综合素质人才的重要基地,其偏重于学生创新能力和实践应用能力的培养。如何在创新教育发展形势下,实现人才培养模式的改革,并把创新作为一种有效手段应用到人才培养思想之中,与创新型人才培养模式相整合,是高等教育的发展要求。 Colleges and universities are an important base for cultivating talents of comprehensive qualities,which lays stress on cultivating students＇ innovation ability and practical application ability. How to,in the context of the development of innovational education,bring about a reform in talent training model and apply innovation as an effective means to talent cultivation idea and accordingly integrate with innovative talent training model--such is the development requirement of higher education.
