摘　　要： 目的:通过PBL教学法在医院临床药学实习生中的应用,培养出满足医院药学服务需求的药学专业技术人才。方法:带教老师提前准备好带教案例,对医院临床药学室实习生带教采用PBL教学法。结果:通过PBL教学法在医院临床药学室实习生中的应用,实习生解决问题的技能和自主学习的能力显著提高。结论:PBL教学法在医院临床药学实习生中的应用,将有利于实习生更好更快地掌握医院临床药学的工作内容,有助于实习学生综合素质的提升。 Objective：To cultivate the pharmaceutical professional and technical personnel to meet the needs of hospital pharmacy services through the apphcation of Problem-Based Learning in clinical pharmacy interns. Methods： The chnical teacher prepared the lesson plans in advance,and used the Problem-Based Learning method in the teaching of clinical pharmacy.Results：Through the application of Problem-Based Learning in chnical ＇pharmacy practice in the hospital,the ability of solving the problem and the ability of independent learning of the interns were improved significantly.Conclusion：The application of Problem-Based Learning in the hospital clinical pharmacy interns,will help to better grasp the contents of interns of clinical pharmacy of the hospital,help students to enhance the comprehensive quality.
