摘　　要： 全国高校思想政治工作会议召开,提出了高校思想政治工作根本在于做人的工作,中心环节在于立德树人,核心在于提高人才培养能力,还强调了教育强则国家强。只有培养出一流人才,才能成为世界一流大学,进而提高我国高等教育发展水平,增强我国核心竞争力。而实现中华民族伟大复兴,教育的地位和作用不可忽视。高校辅导员能否有效展开大学生日常思想政治教育,是关系到大学生是否认同思想政治的重要性以及从中获得实效的关键。为此在新形势下的大学生思想政治工作值得思考与探讨。 The ideological and political work conference held in colleges and universities has put forward that the ideological and political work in colleges and universities lies in the work of the people. The central part lies the Lide tree. The core lies in improving the ability of personnel training. Also emphasizes the strong national strength of education. Only by cultivating first-class talents can we become a world-class university,and then improve the level of higher education in China,so as to enhance our core competitiveness. To achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the status and role of education can not be ignored. However,college counselors in the ideological and political education of college students to find that has a very important position,so the college counselors can effectively carry out the daily ideological and political education,Related to whether the students agree with the ideological and political recognition and from the effectiveness. The ideological and political work of college students in the new situation is worth thinking and discussing.
