摘　　要： 学生的传统管理模式已不适应目前高职院校的发展要求,探索学生管理的新路径已迫在眉睫。本文对当前高职院校现存的学生管理模式进行了梳理分析,提出了高职院校学生"五元一体"文化管理的路径。 The traditional management model of students is no longer suited to the current development requirements of higher vocational colleges,and it is urgent to explore new ways of student management. This paper analyzes the existing student management model in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the path of＂five yuan in one＂ culture management of Higher Vocational College students.
