摘 要: 随着市场经济的发展,由于自身的特点和各种原因使得公办院校激励机制有诸多不健全,难以发挥公办学校的积极作用。从人力资本与管理学创新的角度来说明公办高校建立相应的激励机制不仅是必须的,而且还是关系到公办学校生存与发展的非常重要的事情,构建有效的教师激励机制,能够最大限度地调动教师工作的积极性,使其能够更加勤奋的教学,促进学校更好地满足学生服务的需求。 With the development of market economy,due to its own characteristics and a variety of reasons,the incentive mechanism of public colleges and universities is not 'perfect,it is difficult to play a positive role in public schools. From the human capital and the management innovation perspective to illustrate the corresponding incentive mechanism of public universities is not only necessary,but also related to the very important business school survival and development, establish effective incentive mechanism for teachers,enthusiasm can maximize the mobilization of the work of teachers,to make it more diligent teaching. Promote the school to better meet the needs of students.
