摘　　要： 基层学术组织改革是新形势下高等院校为响应国家科技报国,人才强国所采取的必然举措。本文分析了迎合基层学术组织新型教研结构的教学组织与运行模式,提出了专业负责人、课程群负责人以及责任教师的三级教学责任体系。 The reform of basic academic organization is under the new situation of colleges and universities in response to the national science and technology talents to serve the country,necessary measures taken.This paper analyzes the teaching organization of basic academic organization model to research structure and operation mode,put forward the professional course group responsible person,responsible person and responsibility of teachers three level teaching responsibility system.
