摘  要: 煤矿井下本煤层大直径钻孔具有重要的应用价值,可在保障煤矿安全、高效生产的同时减少井下巷道施工工程量和施工成本,省时、安全、经济效益显著。针对现有煤矿井下大直径钻孔技术与装备存在的问题,形成了一套本煤层大直径钻孔钻进工艺技术、研制了配套钻具、并在施工中进行了2种扩孔施工方案的效果对比。现场试验中完成ф650 mm本煤层大直径钻孔最大钻孔深度75 m,验证了研究成果具有较强的工艺适用性和可靠的技术性能,有助于推动煤矿井下大直径钻孔技术与装备的发展和应用。 Large diameter drilling in underground coal mine has important application value,which can ensure safe and efficient production and reduce the engineering work and costs of underground roadway drilling at the same time. So it has an obvious advantage in time,safety and economic benefits. Aiming at the existing problems of large-diameter drilling technology and equipment in coal mine,a set of large diameter drilling technology was formed with the related drilling rigs developed.Effects of two kinds of reaming schemes in construction were contrasted.In the field test,the large diameter drilling with diameter of ф650 mm for coal seam,reaches maximum drilling depth of 75 m,which proves that the research result has strong applicability and reliable technical performance.It can promote the development and application of large diameter drilling technology and equipment in coal mine.
