摘　　要： 回顾了我国11批学术学位授权审核的发展过程,梳理了授权审核从集中审核到逐步放权的变化,分析了不同发展时期的特点。 Review the past 11 academic degree authorization in our country,states the change from a centralized authorization to the gradual decentralization authorization,analyses the characteristics of different development periods.
