摘　　要： 总结了邻避设施规划冲突的7项主要原因,阐述了自私的邻避、反对设施、反对项目和反对进程等4种冲突类型,并分析了冲突原因和类型之间的关联关系,指出厘清冲突的原因和类型,是有效应对邻避设施规划冲突的前提。 This paper summarizes the seven main causes of the planning conflict of the NIMBY facilities, expounds four kinds of conflict types such as selfishness, opposition facilities, opposition projects and opposition processes, and analyzes the relationship between conflict causes and types. The reasons and types are the prerequisite for effective conflict resolution planning.
